Fiat Doodle by TheGirlOnTheTrain Fiat Doodle by TheGirlOnTheTrain
A black and white doodle with pattern and objects. All of my doodles center around themes- for this one, I focused on the idea of the car, using objects and pictures based on freedom, fun, and spontaneousness :) hope you like it.

I will be uploading some of my other doodles to my channel really soon, any comments would be great :) thanks :D

HA! I knew someone was going to draw something like this. Thank God I didn't or there will be two of the same designs. Hehee. Though, I wish it had pop of colors. Thought, that's me. I like pop; pop art; pop music. It's still, no doubt, a plus in my book. Details always shows hard work.  I applaud you for not going blind, or mad, with doing the details. How did you do this anyways? I'm curious.

Mind if you can take a second to see mine?

why thank you :) and thats intriguing- I've actually never done one of these doodles with color in it :o it's a good idea!
I did it with a fine tip sharpie. I love doing all the details, but yeah they do take forever :) I only just joined but I'll probably be posting some more of my doodles on my channel, maybe I'll do one with color :D Im glad you like it. and yours is really pretty, I actually saw it earlier, I thought it was awesome :)

:D thanks! And yeah, I try to just draw freehand with sharpie, because it gives it a more abstract-y loose feel, but sometimes if proportion or lines really matter I'll sketch it out with a pencil- like the clock on this one. I'm not so great at freehand circles :)

you're welcome :orange: wow, i can't draw freehand with a markie. I tend to make a lot of mistakes.. like.. a LOT! so i would usually start with pencil. i'm more technical, and self-critical. which could be the death of me (i love smelling makers.. esp those with a strong scent:))

Circles are hard to draw, freehand... period.

Ehehe, funny story but.. i kind of rushed this.

:iconeeveelaplz: lol I was so unsure whether I would place or not :la:, so I procrastinated, and I was really hesitant to enter the contest :( (Sad) . I just wished that I had more time, because the day of the deadline..  Speed Painting Emote that's when I went overdriveRunning in fear  and I wanted to finish the thing.  I even forgot to add some details.. and more detail :iconcrycryplz: but by the time I had finished with the purple hued flames, I thought, "It looks passable".. and I only had 10 minutes left before the submission deadline. 7 minutes wasted on trying to find the "Copy & Paste" in Adobe.. (cuz I was so used to Corel) so I thought I would just drag and drop (thank God that worked) my drawing to the template... then another problem: My drawing was too big for the template.. then i had to be like :iconsonicplz: Sonic.. resize, skew, proportion.. rotate.. dupliate.. flip! omg.. I heard my heart beating in my ears.

I rather give birth to the planet Jupiter, than procrastinate like that.. ever again:evilwoo: :evilwoo: :evilwoo: :evilwoo:

XD XD oh man, thats awesome :) and I thought I was procrastinating :) I stayed up the night before putting it together- I was going to do it earlier but my scanner wasnt working and I didnt want to deal with that. So the night before it the deadline I had to figure out how to scan my work in, get it all shrunk and stuff and crop it :O so I know how you feel a bit, although yours sounds just a tad more stressful XD I think your design came out great though!
